Namrata Joshi counsels individuals and corporations by providing legal solutions to an array of complex issues in federal and state civil and appellate litigation, in regulatory and compliance matters, and in international arbitrations. Namrata prides herself on meticulous legal writing and cogent legal analysis.
Prior to joining the firm, Namrata clerked for the Honorable Alicia O. Valle, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Florida, where she gained a unique perspective of litigation through the lens of the judiciary.
Prior to clerking, Namrata began her career as an associate in the Miami office of Carlton Fields Jorden Burt, an AmLaw 200 firm.
Namrata received her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude, where she served as Projects Editor on the University of Miami Law Review.
