Michael B. Kornhauser is a partner with FIDJLC. Michael previously spent over 15 years on the other side, counseling nursing homes on day-to-day business operations and defending nursing homes against negligence and wrongful death claims. In that role, Michael gained an unmatched perspective on the inner workings of nursing home operations, the standards by which they are governed, and the way they think.
Now, Michael puts his inside experience to work for those injured by Florida nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and adult day care centers throughout the state of Florida. Michael’s experience allows him to navigate the complexities of abuse and neglect litigation with an ease not often found among his peers.
